What we collect

• The VINs you search.
• Your email address and, optionally, phone number, so we can deliver your report and support you.
• Payment status and reference from Paystack. We never receive or store your card details.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To generate and deliver reports, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Paystack), our vehicle data providers (who receive the VIN only), and email delivery providers, each under contract and only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it. Email [email protected].

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and reports for as long as your account exists or as needed to serve shared links.
